Haichu, the pre-evolved form of Pichu. Original concept thought up between me and one of my closest friends, when eating the candy Hi-Chew [link] .

Haichu's Moveset is as follows:
Charm
Attract
Thundershock
Hi-Chew Rain (Only Pokemon in the game that can use this)
